Termination
Both you and El Valle may terminate this contract at any time by notifying the other party. Once terminated, you will lose the right to access and use the Services. The following will continue to apply after termination:

The right of Members and Visitors to re-share content and information you shared through the Service as long as they were copied or re-shared before termination.
Any amounts owed by either party before termination will continue to be owed after termination.
Dos and Don'ts
You agree that you will:

Bypass any security functionality or bypass any access controls or usage limits of the Service (such as keyword search limits or profile views).
Copy, use, disclose, or distribute any information obtained from the services, whether directly or through third parties (such as search engines), without El Valle's consent.
Disclose information that you do not have the right to share (such as confidential information of others).
Infringe the intellectual property rights of others such as copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights.
Infringe the intellectual property or other rights of El Valle, including, without limitation, (i) copying or distributing our learning videos or other materials; or (ii) copying or distributing our technology, except as released under open source licenses; (iii) using the term "El Valle" or our logos in any business name, email, or URL except with our consent.
Post anything that contains program viruses, worms, or any other harmful code.
Use reverse engineering techniques, decompile, disassemble, decipher or otherwise attempt to obtain the source code of the Services or any related technology that is not open source.
Imply or state that you are associated with or endorsed by El Valle without our express consent.
Rent, lend, market, sell/resell, or otherwise derive any benefit from the services or related data, or access them without El Valle's consent.
Link to our services for any purpose other than to promote your profile or a group on our Services, without El Valle's consent.
Use bots or other automated methods to access the services, to add or download contacts or to send or redirect messages.
Monitor the availability, performance, or functionality of the services for competitive purposes.
Overlay or otherwise modify the services or their appearance.
Interfere with the operation or unreasonably load the Services (e.g., spam, denial of service attacks, viruses, or gaming algorithms).
